Warm welcome and fast and professional check-in. Electronic car charging on site with easy access. Breakfast was very good with much variety and friendly staff. Hotel is slightly dated but well located for easy access to most sights on foot.

Great hotel. Great location. Little pricey but it was in the middle of the Euros and Leipzig were hosting a game during my stay.

I got a good deal through Expedia on a Suite plus breakfast, usually I don't treat myself but it was worth it, great room with good views. The tram system in Leipzig is excellent and there is a very useful hub just opposite the hotel in Augustusplatz, also nice walks through the city to the many restaurants.

Perfect for short-term

The hotel is just on the edge of the centre of leipzig, perfect location 2 min walk to the start of shops and restaurants and sights,the breakfast is good with a very good selection but it doesget busy and not too easy to get a table, maybe if they had someone to lead guests to a table it would be less hassle for guests, the rooms are very adequate but are getting a little tired looking, the carpet could be replaced

Experience of staying in Junior suite

Arrived at hotel before advertised check in time. I had request for early checking through hotels.com messaging at the time of booking, however there was no consideration given to this request and room was made available only at 3pm check in time. I stayed for 3 days, house keeping standard was poor, with only superficial touch up of sheets returns to their normal place. Room wasn’t clean, half filled glasses left touched, spoons inadequately cleaned, toiletries not refilled. Inspire of booking their 2nd expensive suite, Ironing faculty which should be basic was not available. Upon enquiry I was told ironing needs to be done in a communal ironing room! Only upon protest, ironing equipment was sent to the room! On a positive note, room was surprisingly spacious and modern (better than in the pics). Hotel and transport facilities are easy to access.

Overall nice, but wear and tear was starting to show in some places. Bathroom in the hallway was a surprise but not an issue when when staying with your partner. Had it been a co-worker it could have been a bit awkward. Great staff!
