We loved our stay. The place was very clean, had everything we needed. We loved the big kitchen and plenty of room for our college kids to visit. The location is perfect for traveling all around utah valley. Very close to freeway. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything has been thought of. Very roomy, especially for a 2 bedroom. One bd has 2 queens in it and is still spacious. Everything is in brand new condition and it’s just beautiful. We loved it!

We loved our stay. The host was quick with communication. The Vrbo has clear instructions for its visitors (so great and helpful!) Lots of room, the bedrooms are big and roomy. Nice new upgraded amenities throughout. Big kitchen! We felt very welcomed and invited in! We highly recommend! One comment to know in case you’re going to be cooking while there, there aren’t many spices to work with as in other places we’ve stayed. Otherwise awesome!

We were nervous booking this property because there were no reviews at the time and concerned it may be too small for our family of 5. Boy was I wrong!! We were SO IMPRESSED!!! Much larger than I thought, did so many of the little things well! Super clean, bright, very well stocked, surge protectors with USBC plugs next to the bed, nightlights built into the outlets. Master bed may have been the best bed I’ve ever slept in, so comfy! Well done guys, very well done!

Nicely finished and furnished apartment with tons of space. Easy parking right next to the private entrance, and easy access to a large shopping/dining area (just a couple of minutes away) and the highway to explore the area. I mentioned that this was an exploratory trip to consider moving to the area, and the host was very helpful!

The day before we left for our trip for our daughters wedding our VRBO reservation was cancelled due to a water leak. We were directed to this property as an alternative. Josh was very kind and made sure everything was clean and ready for our arrival. The apartment was more than we had expected and was a great place to land in between helping our daughter and son-in-law move into their new home and all the last minute wedding details. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bath were stocked with everything we needed. Josh communicated any updates, including a landscaping project that was to start during our stay.

This basement was very nice, super clean, well decorated, large kitchen and nice living area. Bedrooms were a good size and it was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. There was some construction going on at the property that wasn't previously mentioned when booking but nothing too early in the morning. We would stay again and recommend to others:)

#### Visiting For Father’s Day Weekend
I went to Lehi, UT to visit my Dad. He lives in a care facility so I needed to find a place to stay close by. This apartment was perfect for what I needed. I loved the private parking lot and easy code access. The kitchen was great with a large island and had everything I needed to cook homemade meals. The beds were very comfortable. It was clean and stayed cool when outside temperatures reached 98 degrees over the weekend. The best thing about this rental was how the owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. The rental was well worth the investment and far better than staying in a hotel.

Our family flew in to SLC to travel to the southern part of Utah and found this VRBO to stay at overnight. The location was great and the place was like brand new. Communication was spot on. We didn’t stay long but would book here again and recommend to anyone staying in the area. It was very peaceful. A great way to start a vacation.

#### Ski Trip Lodging
We stayed here while skiing at Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton. The property was quiet, clean and spacious just as shown in the photos. Jason was very helpful when we arrived late at night and had difficulty opening the door. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Our only complaint was that we did not realize there was no central heating, we were provided with two large space heaters which was fine as the weather was warmer. But when coming back at night and early in the morning it was a little cold and may have been uncomfortable had the temperatures been lower. Overall we had a wonderful stay and recommend this property.
