Stunning property with everything you could imagine. So huge and large, so much to do, that great place.
Nevertheless we did have a bit of a bad experience on our arrival date as we did have not one but several mess up, that certainly does not count for my 5 star review. Johannes the property director made everything possible in his hands to change our view, and certainly succeeded. We enjoyed our stay lots and would recommend 100%!

wifi was terrible, staff unhelpful, told us the hotel was full and we could not check in early. The hotel was clearly half empty and they could have easily met our requests which were given weeks in advance.
The hotel is very isolated on its own, you cannot walk beyond its own beach without going onto a dangerous half built access road. Once you're in your stuck there. Other hotels in the area slightly further north are all joined together so access to the beaches are great
