Schöne Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht

Ruhig gelegen, hoch über der Straße. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sauber. In etwa 300m Entfernung liegt ein kleiner aber netter Strand. Ohne Auto wären wir dort aber sehr eingeschränkt gewesen - es ist ein langer Weg in die nächste Ortschaft (Nidri). Würde jederzeit wieder kommen!

Petit prix, petit confort...

Cet établissement, situé dans les hauteurs, est tenu par Gianna qui ne parle pas très bien anglais. Attention, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et notre chambre était au troisième étage (chaque bagage faisait plus de 20kg...). De plus, il n'y a pas de parking et il est interdit de se garer devant l'hôtel ou tout proche car ce sont les résidences des voisins et Gianna vous presse pour enlever très vite votre voiture. Il faut donc aller garer sa voiture tout en bas, sur la route... Pas du tout pratique!! Un point particulier également : vous pouvez prendre votre douche et aller aux toilette en même temps... La douche n'est pas délimitée dans la salle de bain... En résumé, nous sommes contents de ne pas avoir dépensés plus que 35€.

Soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. La famiglia che lo gestisce è stata educata e disponibile. Ok la Stanza. Ok il WIFI. Ok la pulizia. La gentilezza della Sig.ra Gianna è stata veramente molto gradita.

Carino ma senza pretese

Gli studios sono ubicati in una stradina in salita un po' fuori dalla vista dalla strada principale e probabilmente la prima volta sarà un po' complicato trovarli. Il consiglio è quello di seguire il cartello che indica un'altra struttura (Susanna Studios) dalla strada principale. In meno di 10 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro di Nydri dove ci sono tutti i servizi di cui si ha bisogno. La struttura si presenta da fuori molto gradevole, tutta la palazzina è adornata da una bellissima buganvillee in fiore. Gli appartamentini sono piuttosto spartani come è uso comune in Grecia ma nel complesso gradevoli e puliti anche se un po' piccolini. Le pulizie della camera vengono effettuate a giorni alterni. I gestori, la signora Gianna e il marito sono di una gentilezza incredibile (alla nostra partenza ci hanno regalato anche un barattolo di marmellata di limoni fatta da loro) e disponibili per qualunque richiesta. L'unico problema è comunicare perché la signora non parla assolutamente inglese, il marito un po' di più ma non sempre è presente. L'unica nota davvero negativa è stata rappresentata dal fatto che spesso, facendo la doccia in orario serale (vale a dire dalle 19:30 in poi) più volte abbiamo avuto problemi con l'acqua calda e con la pressione della stessa. Nel complesso va benissimo per tutti coloro i quali vogliono un punto di appoggio per girare l'isola a 360 gradi e non hanno particolari pretese. Tutto ok per quanto riguarda connessione wifi e condizionatore.
