The apartment has everything required for up to 2 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen/open plan living area, a clean and modern bathroom with complimentary toiletries and towels, spacious double bedroom and high speed Wifi throughout. The Space: This bright and spacious interior has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for up to 2 guests to live in comfort. The open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a large sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious double bedroom features a wall mounted TV, plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. There's a large family bathroom with a shower over bath and complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels are provided for your use. Free on street parking is also available. Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the property. The Neighborhood: The apartment is located just a 15 minute walk from central Leeds, where you will find an array of shops, bars and restaurants. Here you will find Kirkgate Market, Trinity and Victoria shopping centres, O2 Academy Leeds, Leeds Playhouse Theatre, Leeds city Museum and the Henry Moore institute. Leeds Train Station is a short taxi ride or 20 minute walk from the apartment. Getting Around: Being in such a prime location, the city is easily explored on foot. Leeds train station has access to all major UK stations and is just a 20 minute walk or short taxi ride away. There is a bus stop just around the corner from the apartment with regular busses into the centre taking just 15 minutes. Other Things to Note: Free overnight parking in front and towards the back of the apartment building (York Road and Shannon Street). Free limited parking slots during the day in front of the building. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee. Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50\. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75\.
