We turned up to the property on the day the check in and was told they had no record of us booking that property and that someone else was already in the property. Even though we had email confirmation from the company and Expedia. Absolute shambles rang Expedia to check out booking was still there which is was. All we can assume is that the company were given a better offer for people to stay for several nights rather than one. The apartment was not as clean as expected. Opened the cupboards it was a little dirty. There was only one key between 6 people . To check in we had to go the the newsagents but it wasn’t open at the time of checkout . Over all about 6-7 out of 10 .. Apartment could do with a coat of paint and revamp . Plenty of beds for everyone. The apartment was clean and well looked after. The view over Leeds City was nice at night. I would recommend this apartment. We did walk to the train station, it took about 10 minutes.
