Lee County Vacation Packages

The staff was not the friendliest or welcoming at front desk, there was some Maintenance or other thing being done so the entire breakfast, table & chair area was closed off. We did not eat breakfast on site either day. There was only 2 bags of hot tea, both earl gray , and staff said they had no more tea on the premises. Our room smelled musty and damp and I had to use our body spray to make it pleasant. For the price of stay for 2 nights I expected better.

It’s a very artsy hotel. Rainy street is awesome.

The valets, front staff and baggage folks were extremely nice, courteous and welcoming. The bartenders need a little work, please don't turn your back on the customer or roll your eyes at someone when all they asking is what you have in stock. No reason for the rudeness. This was one female bartender, maybe she had a bad not sure. The rooms are nice, bed's are a little on the lumpy side, had a hard time sleeping. Hallways to rooms are cold, was really surprised on that. But it's in a good location. They need to have a little shop for late night people who either want a snack or toothbrush, etc. The have a coffee shop that has these things but they close too early.

Great little hotel, almost ruined by the elevator banging night and day, echoing in my room. The nearby club noise didn't bother us at all. It was the clanging elevator.
