Accessories include a refrigerator with small freezer compartment, electric oven, gas stove with 4 burners, German coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, satellite TV, and gas heating, to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Outside, guests have access to a small private garden with furniture, perfect for enjoying the outdoors, as well as sharing a well-kept green area with a swimming pool (with lifeguard, open from the beginning of July to the end of August) and an extraordinary view of the lake. For your convenience, private parking is also available.

The area surrounding the residence offers a small shopping area just a few metres away, where you will find a pizzeria/restaurant, ice-cream parlour, grocery, souvenir, rotisserie and local craft shops.
