Great setup for multiple families.Beautiful sunlight and scenery. Maybe consider the time of year is suitable to take advantage of beach access. Lots of seaweed and it rained but still nice just to look outside and listen to the ocean. Everything we needed. Any issues was explained and great communication. Would definitely return if I am in the area. Must be able to do stairs.
