The spacious bedroom can accommodate up to four people, with a double bed and a bunk bed, while the attached bathroom ensures convenience.   
A unique feature of our home is the underground 'hidden room', accessible via spiral staircases from the living room. This cozy space is designed for relaxation, complete with a sofa, ottoman and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.   
Outside our door, Lecco awaits you with its vibrant atmosphere and convenient amenities. Explore the city's lovely shops, restaurants, and bars, all within walking distance. Don't miss the opportunity to walk along the suggestive pedestrian path on the lakefront, just an 8-minute walk away, or to venture into the historic center, reachable in 10 minutes.   
For outdoor lovers, Lecco offers numerous hiking trails and climbing routes, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. Embark on a boat tour from the nearby station and discover fascinating destinations such as Varenna and Bellagio, or simply relax on the tranquil shores of Lake Como.

City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights

 In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.   
 The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.   
 Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed.
