The price quoted is fixed for one to six occupants. The apartment is entirely on one level: you will not find any steps of stairs other than those of the swimming pool. Ideal for two couples, the maximum capacity of the apartment can be extended to a maximum of 8 people (6 adults + 1 child under three and a baby). Our villa is ideally situated between the beautiful white sand beaches of the South and the historic sites and hiking the North of the island. A one kilometer you will find a shopping center (supermarket, newsagent, bank, ...), a medical office and two pharmacies. A physiotherapy practice is located in the town of Robert, 2 km. Bars and seafront restaurants are within 5 minutes. Access Access to the house is via a motorized gate via a concrete road 30m in length, lined with coconut trees. You have a parking place. Ex.: Les murs au contour des interrupteurs étaient sales et les beaux gardes extérieurs de la magnifique terrasse ainsi que les tablettes de la cuisine extérieur sont pourries. La vue mer est superbe, la "forêt" tropicale et ses bruits surtout le soir participent au dépaysement. La localisation est très pratique, à proximité de la presqu'île de la Caravelle (à voir), nous avons également trouvé un départ du Robert vers les îlets à fond blanc en voilier, journée que nous avons particulièrement appréciée d'autant qu'il y avait peu de monde (bien moins que sur des images de "la baignoire de joséphine"). La villa est très confortable et bien équipée. Les grandes ouvertures de la cuisine sur la piscine sont très pratiques, la grande chambre bénéficie d'une vue magnifique! Le silence des clims est particulièrement appréciable. La piscine à débordement est superbe, avec une vue imprenable sur la baie du Robert. La terrasse qui l'entoure permet d'en profiter pleinement à tout moment, au soleil pour bronzer ou à l'ombre du carbet pour déjeuner. L'endroit est particulièrement calme, sans être isolé car on peut aller à pieds en 10 minutes au centre commerciale le plus proche. La situation est idéale pour découvrir l’île: au bord de la baie du Robert, et à coté de trinité pour découvrir la cote atlantique. La position centrale permet aussi d'accéder facilement à tous les sites touristiques jusqu'aux pointes nord et sud, ainsi que la cote caraïbe. Dec 9, 2016 #### Très agréable Agréable appartement situé au RDC d'une maison dans laquelle habite la mère du loueur (disponible et souriante !). Intérieur simple mais fonctionnel et bien équipé. Espace extérieur très agréable avec une grande terrasse (en partie couverte, appréciable compte tenu des fréquentes averses) et une très belle vue sur la baie du Robert. Supermarché à proximité (un des plus grands de l'île). Emplacement idéal pour arpenter la côte Est de la Martinique. Jul 11, 2016 #### Excellente location! Nous étions 2 couples d'amis à séjourner pour une semaine dans ce Rez de villa. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux qui nous a été réservé. La vue sur la baie du Robert est superbe, la piscine est top, et l'endroit particulièrement calme Nous avons eu la chance d'inaugurer un magnifique carbet (Il y manque seulement l'éclairage) qui permet de capter l'ombre pour déjeuner autour de la piscine. Mar 31, 2016 #### just perfect! my friends and I had the best time in nicolas' piece of heaven. secure, clean and lovely. everything was there that could enhance your winter break... a well maintained pool overlooking the bay, lit at night begging you to jump in. the kitchen is small, but has almost everything you could ask for(we never did figure out the stovetop!), a blender, a generous fridge, a coffee maker, a complicated microwave, a toaster and a view... it was great to have the washer for beach clothes! our hosts were so good at predicting our needs that there's a large cooler, freezer paks at the ready, a weber grill, beach towels and lots of local pamphlets for things to do... that's where we encountered a change in plans... we thought we were going to have an active vacation in martinique: kayaking, kiteboarding, hiking the volcano. we loved our little rented piece of heaven so much that we spent many of our days lazing around the pool, drinking champagne, singing in our blissful environment. there are 2 grocery stores within a five minute drive, each having different things, surprisingly reasonably priced. the only negative I can think of is that somehow, even though nicolas was speedy and thoughtful returning emails, we didn't receive the prepared sheet with directions to the house, wifi codes and emergency numbers. that first night coming in was stressful because of that... we loved it here! we hated to leave, really hated to leave. 10 days was not enough. ##### Laura S. Cet appartement idéalement placé sur l'ile nous a permis de passer des vacances magnifiques en alternant entre visites et baignades dans la piscine! Son écrin de verdure permet d'oublier le tumulte de notre vie parisienne en contemplant la vue sur le baie du Robert depuis les chaises longues au bord de la piscine. Apr 24, 2015 #### Schöne Ferienwohung mit tollen Blick auf das Meer Und nun für Nicolas die erste deutsche Bewertung! Im April 2015 haben wir eine Woche zu Fünft in dieser Ferienwohung verbracht. Die Zimmer, das Bad und die Küche sind alle sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet (z.B. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Wasserfilter, Mixer, Grill, großer Kühlschrank mit Wasserspender), was man benötigt, um sich selber zu verpflegen. Unübertroffen der Pool mit Blick auf die Bucht von Le Robert. Gleich von Anfang an haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Die Bilder haben nicht zuviel versprochen. Auch mit mangelnden französisch Kenntnissen, konnten wir uns mit Madame Paule gut veständigen. Der Kontakt mit Nicolas war von der ersten Mail unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit. Leider haben wir uns nicht kennengelernt. Als Ausgangspunkt, um den Süden und Norden der Insel zu erkunden optimal gelegen. Am Supermarkt fährt man praktisch immer direkt vorbei. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Paule. Le gîte est très bien équipé, propre, décoré avec goût. La terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur mer, la piscine, le bar communiquant avec la terrasse sont des atouts ! Idéalement placé, au centre de la côté Atlantique (pratique pour visiter), et tout proche du centre commencial. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps ! Je me permets de rajouter une petite chose sur mon appréciation précédente : le soir de notre arrivée, il y avait une fuite d'eau, mais on ne l'avait même pas mentionné, après tout, on arrivait en vacances, donc on est censé être + cool, et personne ne peut rien faire contre les imprévus !!! Et surtout, la propreté, le cadre...et la gentillesse de Paule nous ont fait oublier pendant 2 semaines tous les "tracas" quotidiens, et çà, çà n'a pas de prix... Hâte d'y retourner !!! Mar 18, 2015 #### Excellent séjour au Robert Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Robert dans cet appartement propre, agréable ouvrant sur une magnifique et large terrasse avec piscine à débordement et vue sur la baie. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : - La qualité de l'équipement (literie, douche, serviettes, clim parfaite et silencieuse, quel bonheur !) et la propreté des lieux - La grande piscine et la terrasse avec la vue. - Les petits détails fonctionnels qui font la différence : ex la glacière pour les picnics - Le calme des lieux tout en étant à 2 min du bourg et 2 min d'un supermarché - L'accueil parfait de madame Toulouse, charmante, agréable tout en étant très discrète. Mini bémols : - Problème de court-circuit sur les lumières extérieurs autour de la piscine - Petit souci d'alimentation d'eau de la piscine (je n'ai pas bien compris) donc un tuyau un peu disgracieux (désolé, on devient difficile quand le cadre est si beau) empêchait l'accès à la pergola. Tout d'abord, très bon accueil des propriétaires. Logement refait à neuf, fonctionnel et vraiment bien équipée. J'ai apprécié la literie et linge de toilette de qualité. Clim appréciable pour dormir... La piscine , sa vue et aucun vis-à-vis : Le top ! On est vraiment au calme. La situation de l'appartement est bien pour pouvoir se rendre à différents endroits d 'Ile. Proximité du centre commercial à 2 minutes. Bref ! rien à redire. Nous avons un vrai coup de cœur et espérons revenir l'année prochaine. Merci à Nicolas et sa maman Paule.
