Walking distance to many restaurants, the casino and the beach. Owner was quick to respond with any questions we may have had. The island of Guadeloupe does shut off the water to certain areas of the island without notice. The owner does provide a large capacity water tank to bathe if that does happen (happened 2x to us in a 6 day period). Overall, really good time. Check was lengthy as clerk at desk finally greeted us after a 12 min wait because she was consulting with her colleague (supposedly). The coffee maker was disgusting as a filter had been left in it for what I think was weeks. Showed the clerk but all she did was take a pic. Never sent anyone to come clean it so was unusable. The whole inventory process was super lengthy. 3 pages of making sure everything was in the place even the deco on the wall. Don’t think that is for the clients to do but a staff job.
