Spacious apartment \* (with 2 or 3 bedrooms) with a some lake view located in a nice residence with swimming pool We are located in the countryside by Pacengo of Lazise in a quiet and relaxing area. The complex is located 800 meters from Pacengo and 1500 meters from the lake. At the same distance, you can reach Gardaland, an amusement park icon known throughout Europe. The area has numerous cycle paths that wind their way through the many vineyards in the area. The apartment spreads over 3 \* floors for approximately 150 m2\. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a kitchenette, guest bathroom with window and closet. There is a small portion of garden on the front and a large terraced area on the back (east side). On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, a room with 2 bunk beds (4 beds), large terrace and bathroom with window and shower. On the second floor there is a further very large double bedroom with sloping ceilings with private bathroom and shower. The property also has a large garage for 2 cars (4 x 5 meters) in the basement. The residence has a huge 20 x 10 meter swimming pool, a tennis court. In the property there is a washing machine, dishwasher, SAT tv, air conditioning and wifi. It is compulsory to wear a bathing cap in the pool. Pets are welcome in our apartment on request. However, as per the condominium regulations, they cannot access the common green area without a leash and cannot access the pool area. Wir hatten jederzeit eine sehr nette und kompetente Ansprechpartnerin bei aufkommenden Fragen. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Standard in deutscher Wertung wäre eher als gut zu beschreiben. Was bei uns unüblich und daher ungewohnt ist, sind die nur zentral zu regelnde Heizung als auch die getrennten Wasserhähne für Kalt- und Heißwasser. Ohne den benötigten Druck war ein wirklich schönes Duschen leider nicht machbar. In Summe funktionierte aber alles und war durchaus vertretbar. Aus dem oberen Zimmern gab es bei gutem Wetter sogar einen Seeblick! Wir suchten es etwas ruhiger und abgelegen, das fanden wir hier. ##### Kaja R. Séjour de 6 nuits en septembre 2023 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Lisa O. 7 sept. 2023 #### Sommerurlaub, man kann für den Preis mehr erwarten.. Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung. Es gab ein paar Sachen zu bemängeln. 1 Sache: es dauerte ewig, bis man warmes Wasser hatte. Des Weiteren war in der Dusche der Wasserdruck so schwach, dass es 20 Minuten gedauert hat ( bei längeren Haaren) bis man das Shampoo raus hatte. Die Innenausstattung ist schmal gehalten, reicht jedoch aus. Für den Preis kann man da ein wenig mehr erwarten. Von der Lage her ist es ein wenig schwierig zum Strand zu laufen, das man fast überfahfen wird auf dem Weg. Der Pool ist sauber und schön für eine Abkühlung zwischendurch. ##### Lisa O.
