"I rarely write a review but this property is worth spending a minute to write how amazing everything was. We had a one bedroom oceanfront room. The view was mesmerizing from both rooms leading to the huge balcony with a panoramic waterfront. The layout, the comfort of furniture and beds, fully stocked kitchen with everything you can think of was very thoughtful and simply comfortable. The room was like an apartment with everything thought through and conveniently located. Parking in front of the room, good quality lounge chairs and umbrellas, very very good pool which my little one enjoyed a ot and a very good beach where you can actually snorkel and see some amazing marine life (we saw an octopus, a stingray, a starfish and bunch of different fish). Love the location close to supermarkets, a bunch of restaurants, an airport within 10 min drive and in close proximity to other good beaches such as Mullet Bay. Highly recommend this place!"

"This is a great little hotel with tremendous customer service. The property is a bit old but it's clean and close to everything. The staff was very helpful with dining recommendations and each on was spot on. We stayed for one night at the end of our vacation and it was a perfect ending to our trip."

"Great location in Simpson Bay. The staff was very attentive and quick to resolve issues (like a broken faucet and broken hairdryer). They are investing in new elevators, which will be great since the current one that works (of two) has no AC and is super slow. I applaud their investment in updating these but wish it was fixed when I was there. The laundromat is reasonable at $2 to wash and $2 to dry - average smaller washer and good dryer. Would come back but maybe not for 10 days like last time."

"The property is well placed and mentained. All we needed ,beach shopping, dining were within walking distance. I didn't like the check in and out schedule. My flight into SXM was at 9:00 AM and I couldn't check in until 3:00PM. Also ,my flight out was at 6:PM and I had to check out at 11:00AM."

"The villa was wonderful. Great location and a great floor plan for a multi-generational family vacation. What fell short was our experience with the host property management company. Every time we reported an issue (such as incomplete bedding in the bunk room, ice machine not working, or a leaking coffee carafe) they were defensive and required us to prove the issue before they would address it. Either a new property manager or a more cooperative attitude from the current one would make this an incredibly great place to enjoy all that Sint Maarten has to offer!"
