2 km from the center and the Borgo di Lavagna and just 100 m. from the sea, this apartment has 4 BEDS - 1 double bedroom + 1 2-seater sofa bed in the living room. House for tourist stays with interior finishes equal to those of a home. Equipped with every comfort and very comfortable for beach holidays and full relaxation. Access via a flight of stairs   
(also in temporary rental in the periods between October and March)  
It is necessary to have a valid credit card at check-in, so that the host can request a possible security deposit of 200 euros
