### Casa Albachiara a 500 Metri Dalla Spiaggia

Apartment 300 meters from the center and the Borgo di Lavagna and only 500 meters. from the sea. In the months from April to September the apartment is for tourist use.  
Located on the first floor of a building without a lift.  
Consisting of ENTRANCE - 2 BEDROOMS - KITCHEN - BATHROOM - BALCONY.  
This apartment has 6 BEDS - 2 in the double bedroom + 2 in the sofa bed in the living room + 2 beds in the entrance sofa bed. Very comfortable for beach holidays and full relaxation.  
The kitchen is equipped and complete with utensils for cooking and dining comfortably.  
Equipped with washing machine and oven. Close to the center and services. The sea, the station, the motorway, all within a short walk. Excellent opportunity to have breakfast by the sea or a boat or ferry ride, for small daily cruises. Or undertake hilly routes, on foot or by bike. Here it is possible to spend holidays of all kinds and with every comfort. The proximity to the station is excellent which will allow guests to reach any destination near or far. Cinque Terre, beaches and splendid towns just a few minutes by train or car from here. The best location for those who want to fully experience the center and its comforts.
