You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Casa Biltu

Beautiful and very well finished apartment with balconies and partial sea view. In the center, 4 rooms including 1 bedroom and 1 living room. Very comfortable, both for its recent renovation and the very central location close to the beaches and the tourist port.  
Entrance - 1 double bedroom - living room with sofa bed - kitchenette - bathroom - 2 balconies.  
In the center of Lavagna. Shops, supermarkets under the house, sea, beaches, marina...  
Bus stop to the most famous tourist stations in the area below the house. Sestri Levante just 15 minutes away, Santa Margherita Ligure half an hour by bus. The station is also very convenient for reaching the renowned Cinque Terre or La Superba by train.  
It is necessary to have a valid credit card at check-in, so that the host can request a security deposit of 200 euros.

#### Un emplacement idéal. Agence réactive

Surtout laissez la voiture sur; soit le parking gratuit soit sur la rue et prenez le train pour les visites aux 5 Terres. L'appartement est très propre bien agencé, pour être honnête la voie ferrée est proche mais on l'oublie vite on ça ne a provoqué aucune gêne. Autre avantage en plus du pratique ascenseur, les commerces sont très proches; un Euro Spin à 50 m pour le tout venant, un Carrefour market pour le reste. Le centre proche offre boucherie et marchand de légumes ( un petit sur le gauche à 20 m) etc.. Lavagna mérite un détour, la petite ville est agréable, petit restos sympa ( Burzin...très italien..) un port de plaisance gigantesque, des plages immenses,un très étonnant cimetière proche du Duomo...et bien sur la gare qui est à 500 m à pieds, nous n'avons pas résolu tous les mystères des tarifs des divers trajets et leurs subtilités..mais en résumé le pass tarifaire pour les 5 Terres qui "parait" avantageux ne l'est pas tant que ça et n'est valable que si l'on fait des circuits de rando ( et avoir des explications en italien quand on le parle mal a été au dessus de notre patience..) . Un trajet Lavagna /Sestri Levante ( passage obligé ) pour les 5 Terres coûte un peu plus que 5 à deux..et en prenant un billet à Sestri L pour Génes le Transitalian s'arrête à toutes les gares des 5 Terres pour un coût modique..et penser au retour..là c'est Savonne...Mais il faut être attentif et bien lire les panneaux des trajets et des arrêts..Les âneries font parties du voyage.
