Our home is approx. 1,700 sq. ft. Just a few minutes from Green Valley Resort and Casino, 10 minutes from the Strip and Airport in a quiet established neighborhood. All furnishings are new, 3 Bedrooms: Large Master Bedroom with Barn Doors lead to walk-in closet and en-suite with granite counter, double sinks, rain shower and separate toilet room. 1st guest room has a Queen Size Bed, 2nd guest room has two twin beds. Guest Bath includes Shower/Tub comb and granite counters, Living room has 55" screen TV and sectional sofa with Queen pull out bed, combined dining area seats 6\. Fully equipted eat in Kitchen with granite counter tops has bay window over looking the pool and hot tub.
