The home was very clean with just enough amenities to get by with our stay (9 nights) and not have to worry about needing much more. It was rainy so we didnt utilize the pool. I was decently located to decent food, shopping, and other points of interest to us. The commute to the strip of fremont was short. Valley of fire was nearby for a reasonable distance for us. Our host was very responsive with any questions.

Lovely home

Highly recommend this home. It was a fun stay. We will definitely be staying here again. The kids loved the pool. My only issue here is the jacuzzi because it never warmed up. But besides this, all was lovely. Until next time, thanks.

Unrestful stay

There were several issues with our stay. I will admit to only communicating the first one with the property manager as it turned into a saga and I didn’t want to do any more.This was a trip for a conference/class in Boulder City. So, we cook a lot when we go to these to save money and calories. The stove did not work. I reached out right away and endured a subsequent four hours of trying to convince the property manager that I do, in fact, know how to operate a gas stove and it doesn’t work. They requested I send pictures, make and model, a video of me trying to operate it. It concluded with them asking me to move the stove out and make sure it was connected properly which I declined to do. They finally agreed to send someone the next day. Three meals of food went to waste. Additionally, the upstairs TV does not work. The vent in one of the bedrooms rattles loudly every time the AC/heat is on rendering that bedroom unusable. And, the door to the closet where the AC/heat unit is suctions closed every time it turns on which can wake everyone up too. An overall disappointing stay.

Great House in Quiet Neighborhood

I live in Henderson and needed a place for my visiting family to stay. As someone who lives in the neighborhood, I can say it’s a very safe, quiet area. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The pool looked inviting, and I imagine would be very enjoyable in the warmer weather.

Our stay was great, the host are very helpful, detailed in their requests. They were also quick to respond to our request they got back to us promptly. The neighborhood is quiet the house is very comfortable and spacious. We were close to restaurants, grocery stores and the Fwy. Thank you for opening the doors to our family.

Great stay

We had a great weekend stay at this property. It had everything we needed for our weekend. The house was clean and comfortable with an amazing pool/spa and nice grill which was perfect for us hanging out outside in the backyard all weekend. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with during the check-in process.
