Awesome room and staff

Location is excellent with easy access to bus and restaurants. Room is large and bright and comfortable. Breakfast was lacklustre. Menu is unchenged for our 4 days stay, ost disappointing is the dry quiche with undercooked potato masquerading as Spanish potato omlette, a popular breakfast item throughout Spain, Assortment of menu items is not generrous. For some reason, the faucets in the tub and wash basin are both loose.

The gym was a mini-gym; only dumbbells, a treadmill, exercise bike and kettle bells. It would have been hugely beneficial to at least have a bench. I was not informed prior to arrival, either whern booking or even days before that the pool would not be available, and had to ask at reception if I could use it before I was told it would not be possible. In addition, I booked a double room which ended up as two twin beds. The breakfast range could have been better (and warmer). However, the staff were very friendly upon arrival, and everyday upon returning to the room, the room was clean with fresh towels.

Great location right next to Plaza de la Reina with lots of restaurants/ bars. Loved breakfast on the terrace with the views over the roof top. Great selection. Sun area with loungers and plunge pool was lovely too. Cocktails and beers available. Rooms were well appointed with kitchen facilities and iron/ board and spotless except for some mouldly sealant around bottom of shower tray. The view from our room looked into a corridor which meant it was quite dark as we kept the shade down. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were lovely especially those who served us breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Valencia. Let them know we would be arriving before standard check in time and we asked if we could store our bags. Instead we arrived in Valencia to a message saying our room was ready which was appreciated. Check in instructions were clear, they have a lift which is useful when you are checking in and leaving. Apartment was very spacious and clear. Extra bedding and towels were provided. Location is great, easily walk into old town or head to station/underground. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here if we returned to Valencia.
