"Personal very confusing , They give not good direction how to get to room . Hotel over charge and not returning money back as they promised after 15 days when they say with a couple of days . They did not send confirmation of process refund. I don’t like their bad customer service"

"Stayed for three days and never saw a maid. Had to ask the front desk for clean towels. Pool had stuff floating in it. There was mold in the walk in shower. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The food was very good. Would not stay here again."
