"AC very loud every time it turned on and struggling...room very humid. Light over bathroom mirror not working and difficult to see. Pillows and bed uncomfortable and light all night shining through gaps in curtains. Water was not very hot. No fridge or coffeemaker and old threadbare towels. It's in definite need of updating. Great location and parking...friendly staff and first pet is free."

"The outside of the property was a mess and unkept. Rubbish and bird poo were everywhere. Inside the room was ok."

"This hotel sits in beautiful downtown Laredo on the border of Mexico. Nice brick roads out front, valet parking is available. The hotel has 2 bars, 2 pools and 2 restaurants. It’s walking distance from the outlets and other shopping is available as well. The nightlife is very active in this area. This is my 4th time staying here and we just love this place."

"I was there for a soccer tournament. We asked for a late check out and they couldn’t but we rushed back in between games to get our belongings before check out time and they had already locked us our of our rooms even though it was before check out time. The staff was friendly otherwise."
