After being in the house for 30 minutes, 3 people tried to break into the house. They circled the house because most of the ground floor windows don’t have covers. We called the police and eventually had to leave the property because it was unsafe. Owner refused to refund us anything because ‘we put him on the spot’ and it was ‘unfair’ to him to have to pay us back. The emphasis is on comfort! Overstuffed sofas and chairs, shag carpeting, a very homey atmosphere. Lots of living space, including screened porch and outside patio, and a really nice grill. The hot tub is great!The location is perfect, right next to a large park and walking distance to restaurants on Grand Avenue.This is an older home, and some areas could use updating, specifically the kitchen cabinets.
