Unfortunately they couldn't find our reservation and the communication was poor and seemed dismissive with us. Yes we got it straightened out, but the next thing we encountered was a semi clean room, the doors were open allowing flies into our room, I went to wash my face and use a wash cloth to clean and dry the counter, and it was dirty all around the caulk around the sink . The floors were dirty near the head of the bed. They didn't have have sheets on one of the beds just a coverlet. And when I tried to shoo the fly out of the room dust from the Wall and possibly ceiling flew all over. I have been staying here for four years now, when coming to Laramie. Decor is a little out dated, however, the rooms are huge, the bed is the best I have ever stayed on and the water pressure is amazing!
