165 m2\. More information by the provider: Large vacation house. Quiet location with a wonderful view to the south. Suitable for large families and small groups. Comfortable, functional furnishings; plenty of room for various interests. It is possible to arrange booking directly with the owner. Shop (groceries) 50m above the post bus stop. Practice ski-lift and cross-country ski trail on the upper end of the village of Lantsch. Ski area and ice rink in Lenzerheide/Valbella (ca. 10km)  
The APPARTMENT LÄRCHENSITZ is suitable for large families and small groups. The apartment has 2 floors with 2 shower / toilet, well equipped kitchen, large living-dining room and 5 bedrooms. There are a total of 10 beds and a cot available. If required, one bedroom (2 beds) can be rented additionally.  
Included: parking spot There is an in-house library, TV. Internet. Grill in the garden, lawn chairs, outdoor table and grassy play area. Children's sled. Laundromat. Dishwasher. Available on request (please order directly from the landlord and pay): Additional matress: CHF 30.- / per stay Bath towels: CHF 5.00 per piece Table cloth: CHF 10.00 per piece Pets not allowed.
