Lansing Center Tours and Activities

We had bugs in our room coming in through the fan of the AC. Disgusting and disturbing, we got no sleep. They didn’t come down to do anything about it, even when I showed them pictures upon checkout. The bathrooms were so mildewed, and the floors/lower trim were rotting and grimy. I refused to shower and just get in and out to toilet and brush teeth, the smell was awful. The extra chair had stains on them, as did the ceiling above our head, which all looked like bodily fluids. I want a refund. Waiting to hear back from Expedia on what Comfort Inn in Okemas MI is doing about this for our stay.

All in all, our stay was great. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The staff were helpful, and courteous. Having a restaurant (bar) attached is a plus. The food rating I would give is a 3 out of 5. The ribs were dried out and buried in a good sauce; edible. The burger is good but may not be the temp that you order. The fries and potatoes were hot and delicious! the sides were cold. Our group will be back next year, but for dinner we will be eating elsewhere.
