« The experience was amazing as we went for Valentines weekend. It all starts and ends with the Team/Staff. Their level of service was bespoke and they all went above and beyond to ensure our experience was incredible. Specific example was we were coming down the elevator and a cleaning team jumped on. As we decended the employees asked about our stay, what could they do better, was there something they could help us with etc. We were so impressed with both of them. The room was incredible...

« It’s now my third time there. Staff as always is friendly and helpful. Rooms and breakfast are perfect. The location is strategic in Charlotte. Great stay. If you are a international traveler beware your Visa might not work for the 25$ security deposit (no idea why but it happen to me every time I stayed there) but don’t worry this won’t stop you to get a great night of sleep! »

« We loved the large, roomy suite!! It was nicely decorated and clean. My daughter and I felt extra safe despite my husband not traveling with us, since we were able to lock our bedroom door and the door in the living area to the hall. The online check in was fantastic and made grabbing room keys a breeze. The front desk staff was very nice too. Would definitely stay again! »

« Super hôtel neuf, propre. La chambre était spacieuse et la salle de bains était dans un très bon état. La literie est super confortable. Le personnel est très agréable et souriant. Le petit déjeuner était suffisant avec le choix en bagel et la possibilité de se préparer son yaourt soi-même. Nous y sommes rester 1 nuit mais j'aurais volontiers prolongé mon séjour. »

« Nouvel hôtel qui n’a pas trouvé ses marques: -service de voiturier horrible (30’ d attente un matin) -restauration (Deans) débordée -du personnel en nombre (ex accueil ou restaurant) mais soit inefficace ou incompétent (mention speciale pour les hôtesses du Deans qui pensent d avantage à parler entres elles que de s occuper des clients) -chambre moderne mais fenêtres minuscules - incroyable pour le prix. En résumé : une fois et plus jamais »
