The Mamak stall downstairs is too noisy. However, there are some mini market in the same building which make it convenient if need to buy some food. The hotel lobby is at ground floor. The other ppl who are not hotel guests can easily access to the third floor hotel without passing through hotel lobby, by using the other stairs. The rooms are too opened to the public and I didn't see any security guard or staff patrolling. Inside the room I can hear sounds from the other rooms. At midnight, I heard people shouting at the ground floor. And it's hard to find a parking place although it claimed to provide free parking lot.
