Malgré cela, vous avez délibérément installé des clients dans cette chambre, alors même que des travaux avaient été mis en place le matin même, et que nous occupions encore les lieux.Une telle situation est inacceptable. Elle s’apparente à un abus de confiance, dans la mesure où vous ne pouvez raisonnablement prétendre ignorer l’état de la chambre que vous avez pourtant décidé de louer. Lorsque nous avons signalé la situation à la réception, nous avons demandé à parler à la responsable. Celle-ci s’est permis de nous répondre, devant d’autres clients de l’hôtel, qu’« ce n’était pas grave puisque nous partions le matin même », sans même commencer par présenter des excuses. Cette réponse a d’ailleurs suscité la stupéfaction des personnes présentes.
