### Southview Cottage, Sompting

A delightful three bedroom flint cottage nestled in the heart of Sompting village, close to the picturesque South Downs. This property offers lovely views of grazing horses and neighbouring gardens, creating a serene and idyllic atmosphere. This property provides access to beautiful countryside walks right on your doorstep.  
Available for HOLIDAY LETS & DOG FRIENDLY with FREE PARKING in nearby roads.  
  
You are first greeted by this Bright and spacious open Lounge/Dining Room with comfy recliner sofas, Fireplace dining area with table and 6 chairs. You then go through to a modern fitted kitchen with appliances, door off kitchen leading to south facing rear garden with seated area. Upto the first floor you have the Master bedroom to front with King size bed, large fitted wardrobe, TV and LED colour changing mood lighting. On the same floor is a large family bathroom with bath and shower over with LED lighting, Second Bedroom to rear comfy sofa bed and pretty fireplace with modern panelled lighting. Up to the second floor you are greeted with this lovely size bedroom with TV.  
  
Sompting Village dates back to the Anglo-Saxon period, the village is home to a 13th Century church also home to several pubs such as the Gardners Arms and restaurants such as Alishaan Indian Restaurant voted one of the best in the area. The village benefits from being peaceful and easy access to amenities and towns nearby and cities, Lyons Farm Retail back is a short is nearby and local farm up the road selling Fresh Eggs. There are good transport links with regular bus services and trains running from nearby towns.
