### Quaint 2 BDRM With Fenced in Backyard

This 2 bedroom rowhome is located on a quiet street in downtown Lancaster. Recently updated with stylish furnishings, this home is the perfect getaway for those coming to enjoy all that Lancaster has to offer. Within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops, this ideal location gives you the benefits of city living but is located on a peaceful street on the West side of Downtown Lancaster.   
  
Upon entry, you'll find an open concept living room / dining room space. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a Roku Smart TV to allow you to login to your favorite streaming accounts. Off of the dining area is a small powder room. Leading into the kitchen you'll find a coffee bar, a fully stocked kitchen and stainless steel appliances. The back door located in the kitchen leads out onto the back patio where raised beds host fresh herbs and beautiful flowers throughout the spring and summer months. The fully fenced in backyard is a quiet and spacious place to unwind.  
  
On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, a TV and a closet. The full size bath with a tub / shower combo is also located on the second floor. On the third floor you will find the second bedroom tucked away with a queen size bed.   
  
Laundry is located in the basement. Parking is on street parking with no designated spot, but often plenty of options are available within the block.
