Only one key to the whole building, got woken up at 11pm because another guest was locked outside and was banging on the door. Asked for fresh towels and never got a response from the owner. Upon booking this apartment we found the building. Upon walking through the door that was already open we were greeted by what can only be described as some sort of drug offender rehabilitation housing unit. We climbed the two floors to our room and that’s when it got really bad. The room was like the size of a store room. Filthy, damp, smelling. The shower had a hole in the centre with no cap big enough for your foot to go down. The room was also freezing cold , then to the bed where we found an infestation upon discovering this we just left and went to stay in the pub just down the road. Utterly disgusting that a hovel like this can be used in this manor.
