"Nice area "

"This is now my "go to" hotel when I need to be in downtown Dallas. It's in a good location near the Guadalupe Cathedral and the Meyerson Symphony Hall. The valet parking staff (Michael & Su) and hotel staff (Raven, Mary Jane) were very kind and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept so well. The room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable. The pool was fantastic. The terrace pool is lovely, 3 to 9 feet increasing depths. And the final wonderful surprise was the Pyramid restaurant which offered delicious affordable gourmet cuisine. That is why I like this hotel so very much."

It was serene, well-maintained, and the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the Texas sun. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves — even if just for a night!"

"The hotel was beautiful, the lobby Atrium was awesome. The water park was delightful. The staff was attentive and gracious. The room had a few issues, the lamp didnt work and the sink drain cover was broken but tolerable and didnt affect our stay overall."
