### L’Escale Kreyol - Avec jacuzzi

Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 42 m² bungalow with jacuzzi and terrace for rent in Lamentin, which can accommodate up to 2 people. It has a lovely 15 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely air-conditioned bedroom, a shower room and a shared garden of around 250 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- 15 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...  
\- One air-conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)   
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, fans, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside :  
\- A 3-person Jacuzzi, available all year round  
\- A 250 m² shared garden and a 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The house is ideally located in Lamentin, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Activities :   
Explore the wonders of Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre.  
Just a 5-minute drive away, discover the Ravine Chaude swimming pool, a natural thermal spring renowned for its spa and balneotherapy benefits.  
You can also visit the manatee breeding center or the fishing port of Blachon, which offers spectacular views of the Grand Cul-de-Sac Marin and an ideal stretch of water for water sports such as sailing, rowing and windsurfing.  
The Guadeloupe Carnival takes place between January and March.  
Finally, the Jardin Botanique de Deshaies, just 32 km away, invites you to take an unforgettable walk in the heart of tropical nature.  
  
Transportation  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the bungalow's private parking lot.  
  
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:  
\- Pointe-à-Pitre Le Raizet airport 20 km away
