The properly was perfectly described and well equipped. Renovated and modern inside, quaint on the outside. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our furry fiend. Jacob gave us great info for check in and sent us messages through our stay to make sure all was well. The only drawbacks were the tight parking and the narrowness of the street when cars were parked on both sides of the street neither of which Jacob can do anything about. They set up a crib and high chair for us which were both really nice and clean. The house is really nice and updated! The beds and couch are very comfortable. There was plenty of space for us to sit as a family to eat: the kitchen had needed utensils and even some zip lock bags and things. They also had cold waters in the fridge as a nice compliment! Only concern was the really steep stairs. They did offer us a gate but it wasn’t at the bottom of the stairs or right at the top so we declined. We just had to watch out little guy to make sure he didn’t go up and carry him down very carefully. The top step has a little broken part of the fake wood but we saw it when we arrived so everyone was careful and it wasn’t anything you’d likely trip on. The neighborhood is great, lots to walk and see and the Ice cream place was really good across the street. Plenty of safe parking and a great fenced yard!! It was perfect for our trip! Jacob surprised us with a few slices of gourmet cake from a local bakery. We had more than enough room. House was super clean and recently renovated with modern touches. The open floor plan was amenable for gathering and the location was convenient to coffee shops, restaurants and walking about town. Off street parking on a quiet street a bonus! Host Jacob was communicative, thorough and super nice. Perfect place for couples or small family visiting Lambertville.
