Everything is excellent for solo traveller like me. The room is everything you needed to have a good and comfortable rest. I literally stayed in the room for 28 hours straight without going out. The staff and reception are all so friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient near the metro.

Room was great! Staff were extremely helpful and willing to sit down with us and give us a list of things to do, how to get around, and what areas to avoid. The breakfast was great, and the rooftop restaurant was delicious– a little pricey, but for a beautiful view and yummy food it was worth it.

Obviously the location of the hotel and the hotel condition was great. But their is big problem with the service in the hotel. At breakfasts when we order anything except open buffet we never receive it, and we left without eating anything two morning.Afternoon we asked for drinks and they look after us after 45 mins, while checkout we asked for buggy and help it didn’t came. This is high priced hotel, and it should not be like that.

The property and room was good. A door screen is necessary as mosquitos enter the room and annoy sleepers. Front desk service was not warm; had to call a number to have someone come to check us in and the lady was very blunt and neither informative or welcoming in the least; no details available ...
