Home has a wood burning stove for those cold nights. A/C for the summer. TV in the living room and master bedroom w/ Wi-Fi and internet DVD player and lots of DVD's in drawer. Full fenced back yard. Propane grill. It is absolutely an UNSAFE property in the month of July, especially for pets and children. We ended up buying an AC unit at Home Depot for our 6 night stay. Denying climate change doesn’t mean it isn’t happening. The location is a manufactured home in an elderly trailer park, it is not in the mountains. Cleanliness is questionable. There was moldy coffee grounds in the coffee maker. The dishwasher does not work so you are at the risk of how well other people wash their dishes. Furniture was regular VRBO comfort level, with the exception of the king bed. It is hard as a rock and we even brought our own mattress topper. It was not a vacation to stay at this property.
