"I experienced a significant nosebleed and removed the sheets so they could be replaced with a clean set. However, the bed was remade with only the blanket, and the sheets were not replaced. When I reported the situation, housekeeping arrived but simply handed me a set of sheets rather than replacing them themselves. It felt as though I was expected to do their job. Unfortunately, this occurred the night before my exam, which added unnecessary stress. Given that I was staying in the master suite, I expected a higher level of service. Overall, the experience left much to be desired. "

"Very poorly constructed- could hear people upstairs a lot. Water pouring out of the tap handle of the shower, dirty bathroom vent cover/diffuser. Very good front desk person. Would not return personally. "
