Lake Trezevant Tours and Activities

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff.

It is disappointing that a property of this standard and expense was unable to provide bellhop assistance on departure. In fact, when requested the response was simply and somewhat rudely ''we only do valet parking, we're not here to help with bags"'. Not a great parting experience, it certainly doesn't leave the guest feeling good about the hotel. I have never experienced this in any hotel that attests to being this level of 5 star. In fact the whole experience seemed more about transactions than hospitality. Countless text messages promoting all their facilities, enough already! In addition the rooms are noisy. A lot of money spent on upgrading the building but not enough on the room glazing system.
