With its warm wood walls and floors, updated kitchen with granite countertops, and an open floor plan, this home is perfect for families looking to relax and reconnect. The main floor offers three bedrooms: the first with a full-size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower; the second with two twin beds, sharing a Jack and Jill full bath with the third bedroom, which also has a full-size bed. A fourth bedroom is located on the bright lower level with a separate entrance, a full-size bed, and a private bathroom with a shower. Conveniently located with easy access to all the amenities Lake Junaluska has to offer, this home ensures a comfortable and memorable stay (note: recreation amenities are accessible to all, with rental rates on your own). Pet Policy: A well-behaved dog may be allowed with prior owner approval. Dogs must be crated when left alone and are not permitted on beds or furniture. To ensure cleanliness, provided towels and linens are not for pet use. Please be a responsible pet owner; failure to follow these guidelines may result in an additional cleaning fee. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 is required prior to arrival. If you wish to bring more than one dog, prior approval is required, and an additional pet fee will be requested after the reservation is confirmed. Important Notice: Bringing a pet without prior approval or payment of the $150 per pet fee will result in a $500 pet penalty per unauthorized pet and may lead to immediate eviction. This property is managed by a North Carolina Real Estate Firm. The lake, pool and other amenities close by were perfect, very walkable area, even with narrow roads. House was clean, very nice spaces. Loved the front porch and the rocking chairs. My only concern would be the parking. The description states that there is parking in front of the house, which there is, but I think you need to be sure people know that there is only 1 space to park at the property and it is a smaller space, a mini-van fit but just barely and it has a steep entrance. Otherwise - we were very comfortable there and would rent again if we head back to that area. ##### Jim U.
