Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely and the house comfortably fit my family and our children’s 2 teen friends and our dog. The Hideout offered lakes and beaches and pools. The house was cool enough and we had all the amenities of home (fully stocked kitchen and washer and drier). We also made s’mores out back almost every night.
