Your Burnett Nestt is an upper level, fully furnished 2 room apartment including a lovely covered porch, private entrance & foyer. Businessman, S.S. Although we didn't spend much time on the property while traveling the area, we thoroughly enjoyed the time we did spend there. The place has everything, very well decorated, a bit funky, and lots of fun. Barb was very accommodating and wished we could have spent a bit of time with her, but via text, she was very responsive. So many nice touches, both inside and out on the wrap-around porch. We had been hoping to do our lodging in Traverse City when setting the trip up a few months back, but due to the Fourth, there were slim pickings. As it turned out, this was the better pick! In terms of location, probably more central than TC when it comes to visiting the overall area. So - there has to be one negative, right? The home was clean and comfortable, and we especially loved relaxing on the lovely porch. The neighborhood is a perfect example of small-town America—peaceful, friendly, and welcoming. We enjoyed visiting a local restaurant with live music next door, which added a special touch to our trip.It was a bit warm our first night with no A/C in the bedroom, but the host responded promptly and installed a window unit the next morning. The bed was very comfy and the apartment was tastefully decorated. The Village of Lake Ann has a general store that has just about anything that you would need/want. There is a little beach on Lake Ann that was quite cute. Lake Michigan was only about 12 miles away and there were a couple of beaches that we went to, located in Sleeping Bear Dunes national park. Barb Hood, the owner was very accommodating! Definitely would recommend this property. ##### Alexander K.
