This exclusive 3-bed residence benefits from a privileged location with stunning ocean view just a short walk down to the beach Porto de Mós with its two great restaurants right on the sandy beach. The apartment has high-end materials and finishes and takes full advantage of the panoramic ocean view which guarantees the w—ow factor. The beautiful nine-meter-wide living, dining and kitchen area is glass fronted with sliding floor-to-ceiling glass-doors to the south facing spacious outside terrace with sofas and round dining table with comfortable chairs. The top modern kitchen is fully equipped and will invite you and your nearest to gather around the kitchen island to cock while watching the ocean. The interior is elegant with an exclusive design which makes it easy to feel regal. All three bedrooms have sliding floor-to-ceiling glass-doors, exits to terraces and spacious built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ​en-suite​ bathroom and offers stunning ocean views directly from the bed as well as exit to the south facing terrace. The other two bedrooms have two 120 cm wide beds each and are facing the north terrace with beautiful views over the valley. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub and the second bathroom has a generous shower. Both of the bathrooms have double basins and exclusive finish. Floor heating, air condition as well as a built-in sound system and free high-speed internet are available. The building was completed in 2019 and has a shared indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym as well as an outdoor pool in the beautiful garden and roof terrace. It was the perfect setting for a memorable holiday family reunion with our children and grandchildren who are working and studying in Germany. Unlike too many VRBO offerings, this one is exactly as advertised. The location, proximity to the beach, amenities and spectacular views are second to none. The owners could not have been more kind or helpful both before and during our stay. This property is not suitable as a party house, but will be much appreciated by the most discerning and respectful guests. We are already looking forward to our nest stay. ##### Charlie G. The apartment was beautiful and well-appointed. The view was stunning, it was walkable to the beach and the location was great. The kitchen was well-appointed. I would have liked beach towels to take to the beach as we had to go and buy towels (which we left at the house). I also would have liked a binder with directions on how to use the oven and convection/microwave - instead of the trial-and-error method I used :) I will definitely come back again. Fredrik and Christine gave us a very warm welcome, the conversation with them was just excellent, they gave us all we needed and every wish was fullfilled 100%. Lagos was beautiful, our surf adventures at the west coast really exciting and we slept so well in the beds in this appartement we will never forget. Everything in here was perfect, a great kitchen with everything you need, comfort sofa and chairs, an outstanding design, a tremendous view from the huge balcony and the security of the condo is outreagous. However, just a couple of small things such supply of toilet rolls was low, Supply of towels was low too. A full length mirror in the bedrooms would have been good. Also although there were no security issues, we would have felt more at ease if a safe was supplied for our valuables - money and passports. Lovely holiday at this brand new property. Luxury furnishings and equipment made our holiday feel special.Lovely views of the sea - especially romantic with the full moon at night! Spacious, exceptionally clean with a great size balcony. Always quiet and peaceful. The indoor spa facilities and gym were a real bonus - added even more luxury. The outdoor pool area and garden is well maintained and always peaceful. Owners were great at accommodating specific requests and always got back to us quickly. Great communication throughout the process. Local beach is fantastic - wheelchair accessible if you drive and park. 5- 10 minute walk away. Great service at the local beach restaurants. Short drive into Lagos, about 5mins. A longer walk and very hilly, but direct - about 30 mins.
