All furniture is of superior quality. It has private outdoor and indoor parking, the latter having direct access to the apartment via elevator and stairs. The apartment has access to a private pool (EXTRA PAYMENT) inserted in the Marina Clube Lagos Resort Condominium. The town center is a 10-minute walk away, as is access to one of the magnificent beaches, the famous Meia Praia beach served with fine restaurants and various water sports. Fantastic view from the balcony - able to watch the boats coming and going. The apartment was very well equipped and clean and it was wonderful to have a private parking space for our rental car although you probably don't need one. Lots of restaurants and bars around the marina and the supermarket was very close. Easy to walk into Lagos and the beach. Helena met us at the apartment and was really helpful. The marina view is wonderful for watching the boats coming and going and people watching! The apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped and has a large comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen. The railway station, bus station and the Pingo Doce supermarket are all within 5 minutes walking as are several excellent restaurants (make sure to try Tasca la Lota opposite the railway station) so you don't need to hire a car. It is very close to a grocery store Pingo Doce. But our favourite was that it is so close to many good restaurants in the marina and also lots of happy hours. It is an easy eight minute walk to the walkways along the beach where you can walk forever. Helena was gracious and a great communicator. She was easy to deal with and very responsive. This affected out stay but was nothing to do with the apartment. The linen and towels were changed after a week (we had a two week booking) but we were a little surprised that only two toilet rolls were provided for a two week stay. Parking was great (close and free) but if you want to watch TV you better speak German - few UK channels. Overall a great stay since we could walk to the old town and the beach. Nice, quiet location, really close to the old town and beaches, as well as the supermarket. Being able to walk to the supermarket (Pingo Doce) and other attractions was great. The free parking right outside the entrance was appreciated too.
