The house has three bedrooms with two bathrooms. The fully equipped country-style kitchen has high-quality kitchen appliances. Adjacent is the spacious living-dining area with a fireplace. The equipment also includes two satellite TVs, a modern hi-fi system and a telephone and internet connection.

Large patio doors lead to the covered terrace and to the large swimming pool (10 x 5m), which can be used all year round due to the existing pool heating. Pool can be heated on request, in this case there will be an extra cost for heating based on the energy consumption.

A staircase leads from the elegant entrance area to the master bedroom on the first floor. There is a large roof terrace here. From there you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the bay of Lagos.

The beautifully landscaped garden is surrounded by a hedge.

A special highlight is the spacious Finnish sauna in a separate wooden house in the garden (usable i. R. from November to April or by special arrangement).
