    Centrally located in the Algarve, between Porches and Armação de Pêra in the pleasant vacation village "Quinta das Areias," which features only single-story apartments and a few villas.

    The apartment is located on the first floor and also features a private rooftop terrace with ocean views on the second floor. You can enjoy breakfast on the south-facing sun terrace adjacent to the living room.

    The apartment features an attractive communal swimming pool surrounded by a relaxing garden, complete with an adjacent children’s pool and playground.

    In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a supermarket, traditional Portuguese restaurants, pizzerias, and—for culinary enthusiasts—even a two-star restaurant.
