The accommodation comprises of open plan living / dining room with sliding doors opening onto a spacious terrace equipped with outdoor dining table and chairs, immaculate and well equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with ocean view and sliding doors opening onto a balcony, a family bathroom, a second double bedroom and guest WC. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Dulce Gusto coffee machine. The apartment is stylish and beautifully decorated. The apartment also benefits from private parking, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and cable TV. A cot and highchair are available on request. Carvoeiro is a lovely, family friendly town. From Carvoeiro beach run regular boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area. Carvoeiro offers numerous superb bars and restaurants and many open-air musical events throughout the summer months. Furthermore, it is nearby to 3 golf courses, a water park, tennis courts, scuba diving centre, winery and a whole array of other activities and beaches. Tourist tax Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Van alle gemakken voorzien en het zwembad voor de deur. De woonkamer met een hoekbank is een plus met 4 personen. De verlichting is wel heel fel, misschien andere lampen gebruiken? Zowel beneden als boven in de badkamer een toilet, ook fijn. We hebben lekker geslapen, goede bedden en lekkere hoofdkussens. En parkeergelegenheid in de garage! Op straat parkeren is anders een uitdaging. Het is wel klimmen in verband met steile weg er naartoe maar voor ons prima te doen. Doordat de begane grond lager is dan het niveau van het zwembad, is er voldoende privacy om aan tafel op het terras te zitten.
