Villa San Juan is a charming 4-bedroom holiday home located in a quiet residential area near Carvoeiro centre. With capacity for 9+4 people, it features a large private pool, spacious garden and is a short distance from all amenities, making it ideal for families.



The property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the first floor, there is 1 double bedroom with a terrace and separate bathroom. On the ground floor, there are 2 double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom), 1 room with 3 single beds and an additional toilet.



The ground floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living/dining room with outdoor access, where you can relax on sunbeds and enjoy the private pool (optional heating). Outside, there is a barbecue, dining table and games area with snooker and table tennis. Parking available for 1 car.



With an excellent location, Villa San Juan is just a few minutes' walk from shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and Carvoeiro beach. Several golf courses are 5 minutes by car.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 9 guests.

From the 10th to the 13th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Great location, beautiful home!!

We had a wonderful stay at Mari Serrano, great location and very nice place. Very spacious and clean, good walking distance to stores and restaurants. Our only thing was that it would have been nice to have some standard condiments there to start with or a little welcome package as we have had at other Vrbo’s that we have rented. Otherwise a great holiday!

Spacious and well-located villa in Carvoeiro

Our group of 10 had a wonderful stay at Villa San Juan. The villa is very well equipped and the layout works perfectly for families with children. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor space was ideal for relaxing and having meals together. The kids loved the pool and garden, while the adults enjoyed the peace and privacy of the area. Being so close to restaurants, shops and Carvoeiro Beach made everything more convenient. We also explored some golf courses nearby. A great place to stay in the Algarve!

Perfect villa for a family holiday

We had a fantastic time at Villa San Juan. The house is very spacious and ideal for large families or groups, with comfortable bedrooms and multiple bathrooms that made everything easier. The outdoor area is amazing, the pool was clean and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed the barbecue area and the games space with snooker and table tennis. The location is also a big plus, just a short walk to the centre of Carvoeiro and the beach. It was great to have everything nearby without needing to drive all the time. Highly recommend!

Inside, the villa was functional. The kitchen had all the essentials, making it easy for us to prepare meals together. The internet connection was reliable, allowing us to stay connected and entertained during our downtime. The beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep after long days of exploring Carvoeiro and its surroundings. The property was a comfortable base for our family holiday. Overall, our stay in Carvoeiro was pleasant, thanks in part to our accommodation, this villa could be a good choice.
