It is just as described with everything you might want. It is in a fabulous position very close to steps down to the beautiful beaches, tennis court and pools but with an expanse of green lawn right outside. The roof terrace is a great sun trap. Nice walks left or right along the cliff tops and nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. Our villa was everything described. Lucien, the owner, was very helpful ahead of time, and made our arrangements easy. The location, with grass in front and an unobstructed view of the beautiful ocean and the church of Our Lady of the Rocks, was superb. Well-appointed, with everything in fine working shape, the villa easily accommodated five of us from the United States and the UK, including our 6 year old grandson. The swimming pools and restaurant are but a few minutes from the villa, and even on cooler windy days, the covered pool was a blessing. Il faut être de très mauvaise foi pour trouver un quelconque défaut à cette location. La villa est en tous points conforme à l'annonce qui tient ce qu'elle promets : Elle est très agréable, idéalement située, parfaitement équipée, très propre et tout aussi calme, et avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan, Il convient également de saluer la gentillesse, la courtoisie, le sérieux et la disponibilité du propriétaire qui, par une information complète et exhaustive et ces conseils avisés, contribue largement à la qualité du séjour proposé et témoigne ainsi de son souci sincère du bien être de ces locataires. Idéal pour des vacances avec les enfants ; 3 piscines et une super plage à coté ! La maison est bien très bien équipée, le ménage en milieu de séjour (dans notre cas, 2 semaines) est appréciable . La maison est très bien située puisqu'elle est la plus avancée face à la mer . La vue est splendide, prendre son petit-déjeuner tous les matins face à la mer, c'est canon ! Le propriétaire est disponible et tout est fort bien expliqué . Soleil et calme assurés dans un "resort" agréable et non bétonné. Seul petit bémol : la connexion WIFI qui ne se fait pas forcément facilement mais franchement on avait largement autre chose à faire ! Nous recommandons chaudement ! ##### Pierre P. Aug 1, 2015 #### SUPERBE SSEJOUR Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa tout à fait conforme au descriptif fourni. Les propriétaire est d'une extrême gentillesse et intervient immédiatement pour toute demande. Il nous a fourni plein de précieuses indications aussi bien sur la villa que sur les lieux alentours. Tout état parfait. La maison était confortable en tous points et d'une propreté inégalable. La vue est exquise sur la mer et c'était un bonheur de se réveiller le matin face à la mer. Et encore plus de la terrasse qui surplombe la maison. Nous ne pouvons que recommander vivement cette villa et merci encore pour cet superbe séjour de trois semaines, nous reviendrons à coup sûr. La propreté est irréprochable tant à notre arrivée qu'après le ménage intermediaire (nous avons séjourné 2 semaines). L'équipement est très complet. Sep 10, 2014 #### Super séjour dans cette très belle location Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette superbe villa conforme à la description et bien équipée. La maison ne manque de rien et la vue sur la mer est époustouflante. La résidence est agréable et les trois piscines sont propres, le restaurant/bar est bon et abordable et le mini supermarché vend des produits frais à de bons prix. Le locataire est à l'écoute. Gentil et serviable, il est joignable et répond très rapidement à toutes nos questions ou nos remarques, que ce soit par E-mail ou SMS. La région vaut le coup d'oeil grâce à ses plages, ses villages et ses jolis paysages. Les activités ne manquent pas et vous trouverez quoi faire dépendamment de vos envies. Sep 7, 2014 #### Un merveilleux séjour Nous avons passé, avec deux jeunes enfants, deux semaines formidables dans cette maison qui est en tous points conformes à la description faite sur l'annonce. La maison est très propre, bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Le ménage est fait, très sérieusement, une fois par semaine. Le contact avec le propriétaire a été particulièrement agréable. Le propriétaire, très réactif et expérimenté, donne de très nombreux conseils et recommandations aussi bien avant le départ que sur place (documentations très détaillées), ce qui nous a permis de visiter certains sites ou de découvrir certains restaurants (un coup de coeur pour un poisson grillé dans le restaurant "Os Salgados" à la place du même nom) dans lesquels nous ne serions pas allés spontanément. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Le propriétaire a manifestement le souci de satisfaire ses locataires et cela est très agréable. La maison est située au sein d'une résidence avec des espaces communs (3 piscines dont 1 vraiment adaptée aux enfants en bas âge); 1 restaurant et 1 "mini mercado" bien pratique pour des petites courses de dépannage). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié qu'il n'y ait pas d'animation "sonore": même en haute saison, nous avons pu ainsi apprécié le calme, y compris à la piscine. Clientèle très familiale et internationale en cette période. Avons testé les cours d'aqua-gym dispensés deux fois par jour par un professeur sérieux et énergique (les cours durent une heure, pour 5 euros seulement, et sont très efficaces !). Le point le plus remarquable reste la situation de la maison: directement face à la mer. Regarder le coucher de soleil sur la mer depuis la terrasse était un bonheur quotidien. On hésite presque à écrire un avis tant l'on voudrait pouvoir conserver l'adresse secrète ! ##### cécile P.
