  • Single-family house "Marija", 2 storeys. Above Rabac, in the hamlet Ripenda 4 km from the centre of Labin, 5 km from the centre of Rabac, 4.6 km from the sea, 4.6 km from the beach. Private: property 2'000 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, 25 m2, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Table tennis, volleyball, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 1.6 km, bus stop 3.6 km, pebble beach 4.6 km, rocky beach 4.6 km. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Airfield 50 km from the property. The house consists of 2 apartments rented as one unit: one apartment on the ground floor and one apartment on the first floor.

Interessant

Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett, leider war der Pool eiskalt und daher nicht nutzbar weder für unser Kleinkind noch für uns. Der Pool wurde aber regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Küchenausstattung ist ok aber die Sauberkeit wirklich mangelhaft. Leider hatten auch unsere Betten kleine Tierchen - wir haben alles erstmal gewaschen und gereinigt.
